Our first-ever Women & Diversity luncheon with Graduate Students, PostDocs, Faculty, and visitors was very insightful and inspirational. Our visitors Dr. Renã Robinson and Dr. Dorothy J. Phillips joined Dr. Anna Gudmundsdottir, Dr. Ashley Ross, and Dr. Briana Simms for a panel discussion with questions from attendees. We covered topics on intentionality, overcoming barriers, work-life balance, and activities to promote diversity.
